Long-serving legal counsel for LNG terminal construction projects, with extensive experience in the Government Procurement Act, Environmental Impact Assessment Act, Coastal Management Act and EPC contracts. Holds a record of successfully overturning tax assessments exceeding NT$10 million, and regularly conducts legal due diligence for listed companies.
